when i asked a friend of mine about soy protein and estrogen he said the only concern was with isoflavone supplements NOT with soy itself b/c the isoflavone levels are so low.
i have been trying to get my protein up where it should be and i felt like i was actually getting bulked faster with the soy protein, but i stopped b/c guys here thought it was too estrogenic.
anyone have any ideas?
