hey velvett.. i've got my own LLC.. which i use to invoice corporations for the info services i provide..
it was cheap to set up.. i think a total of $700 after all was said and done.. that's including lawyers fees, name registration, etc..
you won't be "double taxed" is wrong... either way you go.. you'll pay 15.3% (i think it's 15.3.. maybe 15.7) on federal taxes.. when you have your own business.. no matter how it's setup..
