Should I consume more iron ? Endurance problem

a couple of weeks I started to do terrible on cardio and endurance training, I wonder if I'm intaking enough iron. The only time a good enough high intake of iron is from my cereal. I consume more of chicken than beef or steak. I do drink coffee so I know I'm reducing the absorption of iron. It also feels like I'm breathing really low like I'm asleep everyday. So should I consume more iron?

Try this Take 1 Ferrous fumarate, Iron amino acid chelate, iron citrate-28mg -this is a chelated Iron supp sold at most health food stores.(this has worked for me because it doesn't cause constipation-Iron supplements in general cause constipation)along with a good B-complex and something like 1000mg of a good Vit C. C with iron aids absorption, B complex esp b12 needed for RBC, and mix this with a hand full of dessicated liver tabs. You can take the handful of dessicated liver tabs 3-4 times a day-The Iron pill just once a day.
Follow this regime for 7-10 days and evaluate and change in cardio.
PS- Iron overdose is a possibility for males, so if in doubt get a lab work up. But in the absence of a complete blood work up try the iron/B-comlex/1000mg C/dessicated liver once per day, with 3-4 follow ups per day dessicated liver alone- try this 7-10 days and see if you have any improvement with cardio on up hill runs or with intervals...if you see improvement you were probably slight anemia.
 
Thanx.. I'll get Ferrous fumarate, Iron amino acid chelate, iron citrate-28mg. I figure just consuming orange juice and eating cereal which has vitamin C will help me increase the absorption of iron. I"m already getting my blood check to see if my iron is low.
