seriously if your too busy could you get cut off this.?

meal 1 7 egg whites, 1 yolk, 1 piece of wheat toast,

meal 2 1/2 pounds hamburger in small bun, vegitables in burger, no mayo , no cheese, lots of h20

meal 3 same.


meal 4 same.



meal 5 chicken with salad

I am 245 12-13% 6'2

Based on my aproximations, that's 1272 calories a day. I don't think you should go that low, but I guess you can try it...

hey......I actually calculated my portions, and it worked out to about 2000 Kcal.

the burger are half pounders.

instead of 1/4


and the reason for the redmeat Diamond,

was an article i read by charles glass saying that the creatine levels, and other aminos, and the fat as well aid in appetite suppression, more recuperative poweres, and higher creatine level intermuscularly.

I know the cholesterol is probably bad,

but what the hell, its only for 1.5 months.

I am not sure......the beef alone would accumulate to 1.5 pounds of beef.

the egg whites for breakfast is only about40 grams of protien,


and the chicken is only another 40 grams or so of protien.

so 1.5 puonds plus an additional 80 grams of protien, is what I came up with.

What do you think?
 
OK sorry, I read your initial post wrong.

IMO, that's still a whole lot of read meat for a cutting diet. You're gonna be taking in a ton of saturated fat which would be ok on a CKD, but not if you're taking in even a moderate amount of carbs.

I agree with DDC. I'd cut out that red meat, or substitute most of it with chicken, turkey, or fish.
 
yea the saturated fat is an issue.
