recipies for tuna shakes?

k ive read on this board about bros making tuna shakes. is it just me or the sound of that is gross? or is there some recipie that u guys use to make this stuff eatable or should i say drinable. come on guys give up ur recipies for tuna shakes.

This is fucking sick-but you asked-I was in Venice a couple years ago and saw one of the barbarian brothers take a can of tuna and mix it with a diet coke-he plugged his nose and drank it-told me he did it 4 times a day

Tuna shakes eh? Why dont you just eat two cans with a fork? I just finished two cans a few hours ago. I dont imagine it would mix well with anything.

on a side note I just had a tuna shake three times last night
It was really wet tuna....
