Whats up guys. For all of you who followed my previous posts, I have an update on my 2nd cycle of 1-AD.
I am currently in the third week of my 2nd cycle. Taking 3 1-AD's per day Morning, Afternoon and before training 430 p.m.
Before my first cycle which started roughly 2 months ago I weighed 190lb, today I weigh 200lb. On my 3 week off cycle I lost approx 3-4 lbs my first time around. I will be tapering of this cycle in another 2 weeks. This time I am staying on for 5-6 weeks v.s. my last cycle of only 4 weeks. Next week I will ramp up to 4 pills a day.
Here is the way I increased dosage
1st week 2 pills
2nd&3rd week 3 pills
4th-6th week 4 pills then 4weeks off
Weight gain is mostly muscle with a little fat and water. Vascularity is up substantially as well as strength.
I began monitoring my strength with an easy program to keep track.
take a weight you can only get 5 reps out with ( this will take some experimenting ) and do 3 sets for 5 reps. If you can get this, on your next workout you will go up 5lbs per side or 10lbs total. Repeat process. On your 4 th set take a weight you can barely get 10 reps with. If you can get this, you will go up 10 lbs on that as well for your next workout.
This gradual increase in weight allows muscle adaption slowly and from a psychological point of view its not a big increase. I do this with bench and squats currently.
Since I have been on this cycle I have gone from 275 on my flat bench for 3 sets of 5 w/ 225 for 10 on my 4th to 295 for 3 sets of 5 w/ 255 for 10 on my 4th.
Squats 375 for 3 sets of 5 to 405 for 3 sets of 5.
last night while doing alt bicep curls did a set of 8 reps a side with the 70's!!!
I am very haapy w/ my results, no side effects ie. mood swings. On my next cycle I will incorporate 4-AD with the 1-AD.
Lastly I have been eating relatively clean but a lot more frequently, about every hour and a half.
