Protein intake for girls

I'm a 15 year old girl and im working out at the gym 4 times/week and running and skiing whenever i can.I was wondering if it would be a wise idea to take protein supplements? or do i get enough of it from food? or does my bodyfat increase?
 
It is ok to take protien in through supplements like shakes. I would limit it though to 2 a day. For women you'll need to take in at least 1g per bodyweight. Keep the meals clean and around 20-30g a meal. You need to eat at least 5-6 times a day. That includes the shakes. You will also stay lean as long as you keep it clean. Good Luck

1g/lb of bodyweight, you should know how much you eat every day by keeping track of your diet
