Primo and Winstrol Cycle.

Hey guys, would appreciate it if you guys could take a look at my second cycle. First cycle was Test Prop, with HCGenerte on Cycle, and Post Cycle, Unleashed, HCG, and Adex for PCT. Everything went great. Put on 6-7 pounds of solid muscle. Recovered great.

Current stats are 22, 5-9, 172, and around 7% body fat. I have no desire to be huge. I just like being very tight and ripped. Looking to add another 5-6 pounds of lean muscle with no fat.

I eat 100% clean, Paleo diet at maintenance calories. Most meals for me consist of a 1-2 serving fruit, 2-3 serving green veggies, with 6-8oz of Lean Fish. No grains, Dairy, Red Meat or Processed foods. The only thing I drink is water. I also consume a whey protein shake with fruit post workout.

Training is one body part per day, with lots of super sets and drop sets. I keep the reps between 12-15 reps but lift as heavy as I can. Then 30-45 minutes of cardio post workout.

Going to go with Primo this time, with Winstrol at the end. PCT will be the same, but am going to start the Unleashed/Post Cycle during cycle to help with the libido problems that I read my occur with Primo. I won't be using any Test. Here is what my cycle looks like. I hope to be starting this Monday, so please let me know what you think.

1-10 Primo 600mg/week
5-12 Winstrol, 50mg/day
5-12 N2Guard
5-12 HCGenerate
9-12 HCG, 1000iu/week
9-16 Adex, .5mg/eod
9-16 Unleashed/Post Cycle
9-16 DAA

This is a good cycle but I would redo it just a bit.

Week 1-6: (oral kickstart)
Primobolan 600mgs/week
Oxandrovar 2 caps/day
Cardarine (GW-501516) 20mgs/day
N2Guard - 2 caps AM/2 post workout/3 PM

Week 7-10: (main cycle)
Primobolan 600mgs/week
Cardarine (GW-501516) 20mgs/day
HCGenerate 3 caps AM/2 pre-workout
N2Guard - 2 caps AM/2 post workout/3 PM

Week 11-15: (PCT)
week 11-12
kick start (2 weeks): HCGenerate - 2 caps AM/1 post workout/1 PM
week 11-15:
Clomid 50/50/25/25
Nolvadex - 40/20/20/20/10
Aromasin week 1-2: 12.5mgs EOD, week 3-4: 7.5mgs EOD
Ostarine (MK-2866) - 25/25/25/25
N2Guard - 2 caps AM/2 post workout/3 PM
 
well you are YOUNG but I won't give you shit because you look like you have your diet on point better than 99% of guys on here.

I would suggest adding a light dose of test in that cycle to add some androgens, you will get better results.. as it stands you are stacking 2 anabolic compounds that aren't very androgenic.. the problem with this is you will lose aggression and it will aid you to give the cycle a bit more punch. I personally like to add in a very light dose of tren because it is so androgenic, to where you still allow the primo to do the work but the tren merely adds in some androgens for aggression in the weight room

also if you are worried about 'not blowing up' then you might want to consider just staying natural for a few more years.. steroids are mass builders.. i'm not sure what your goal is, I dunno maybe you just want to be skinny with a 6 pack to impress the high school chicks near your college, whatever floats your boat.. but steroids are definitely mass builders in the long run so the more of them you use over time the more you will build mass...
 
Agree with Steve on adding a little test in there....other than that I like VERY much what you've posted.....it's nice to see a young guy with the discipline to diet & train (and not get wasted all the time)

With your diet & training regime you remind me of a 22 year old version of me...

Through my research, I've read the Primo is supposed to be very light on the HPTA and very easy to recover from. That is one of the reasons I just wanted to run it without test. I have some Prop left over from my previous cycle. So could I go the route of No Primo, and if a problem arises, to add it in?

Steve, I would not consider myself skinny, I feel I have a very good muscular foundation. I am not one of those "skinny guys with abs". I just don't have any desire to get too big. Just a few more steady pounds of muscle and I will be happy with my physique, then maintain from there.

And thank you EZ E. Fitness is my life. It is all I really care about.
