what about if they are on birth control? those are hormones too. yet it happens all the time.. i know someone who conceived health twins while on birth control.

in my experience, two 10-12 week cycles a year does next to nothing to effect my fertility. my wife has gotten pregnant twice while I was deep into a cycle.

I'd assume that her being on var decreases the likelihood of knocking her up more than you being on testosterone. still doesn't mean it won't happen. take precautions if you don't want to have a kid right now.
