Powerhouse-Supplements

I recently made a purchase from powerhouse-supplements.com and I have to say that I am pretty pissed off about it. When my order's confirmation page was up the total read 43.00, when I clicked finalize I was charged 86.00, and no I did not receive double what I ordered. I e mailed this company several times and called about twenty, the one time I got someone to pick up the phone, they gave me another number to call which was non-existent. So since unless I feel like driving Ohio, where they are located, the only way that I can get back at them is through a board like this, thanks for listening. I guess you know the moral of the story.

Send the shit back, and then go through your credit card company to dispute the charges. You will need to give them something in writing. Good luck!

powerhouse supplements has been very unprofessional with me also. I switched to DPSnutrition and have had nothing but excellent service.

Check this shit out! I worked out of the gym that Powerhouse supplements is based in. The owner and i had a falling out and I left. (go figure!) The fact that you got poor customer service does not suprise me in the least! They were and are the worst customer service gym ever! (I am a trainer and everyone thought I owned the place because I was the only one there that talked to people!) Send it back and get your $$$ back. The best part is that a 50,000 square foot Gold's is going in 2 minutes from them! I am going there to train. I can't wait to see the demise happen! ;)

Hahahaha!

Billdoe is right, bro...
Send the shit back, then call your credit card company and tell them that you DID NOT authorise to charge 86 bucks, but 43 instead... They will send you form to fill out (something has to be done in writing), if it was a local bank's card, things are simplified then just go there and tell them what the situation is. The point is very simple: I do that for my customers in 30 days (max) it gets resolved...

Once I confirmed the order, the next screen is the one that said 86 bucks, when I tried to go back the previous page expired so I had no proof, pretty slick on their part. Nobody is going to print the page before the sale is final. So the scumbags got away with it, although my visa did reimburse me the extra 43 bucks I was charged, through insurance I guess.
