I going to be comming off of my first DNP cycle and I would like to know what some bro's with experience have to say on this topic. I have my own thoughts, but having never experienced it before. I'd like some experienced thoughts on this topic, before I portray my reasoning. I'm basically looking for calories macronutrient ratio's, and a generalized lifing routine Thanks bros!

Waht diet were you following pre and during DNP??
 
IVE PERSONALLY NEVER USED DNP...HOWEVER IM THINKING ABOUT IT. IT IS SAID THAT THERE IS AN ANABOLIC REBOUND EFFECT AND MOST PEOPLE PUT ON ABOUT 5-10 POUNDS OF MUSCLE WHEN THEY COME OFF. SO IT WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA TO START LOADING UP ON THE CALLORIES.

BTW IVE GOT A FEW QUESTIONS MY SELF

HOW MUCH DNP DID YOU USE??

HOW LONG DID U RUN IT??

AND DID YOU LOSE ANY STRENGH??

I waiting for the DNP experts, ahem, Andy13, Fonz to see this and hopefully enlighten us all.

Now for the questions:
I ran 400mg of powder for 2 weeks. I started with 200 but after the first 4 days I decided to up it. I ate a very clean high carb, mod protein very low fat diet, (essentially all of the fat I took in was omega 3s), with lots of water and fruit, and, ample glutamine supplementation. The sides were very moderate and the fat loss was very good. I must stress however, that at such low dosages diet is key! I lifted 3xs per week using relatively high reps and short rest times and did plenty of low intensity cardio. I experienced no real loss in muscle mass or strength.

first off, before you raise your callories, let all the water fall off first, dnp slows down your t-4 to t-3 conversion so you have to wait till its back up. when the water falls off then raise the calories slightly above maintanace level, eating clean diet, 50% carbs, 30-40% proteing and 10-20%fats. you will defintely see some size and vascularity gains.
 
good answer serge. how long till raising it? i've heard 2 days after last pill...

also, i heard drastically increasing calories 3 days post-dnp (so 2 days + 3 days) is good for some reason... upto 600kcal... i think our old friend posted that...

I was also on a small dosage (12.5mcg) of T3 while on the DNP cycle, which I think I will continue until the rebound effect is over. So I should raise cals slightly above maintinance about 4 days after last DNP dose, and maintain the same ratios of Macro's?
