Looking good Beast.I know when I do EZ-Bar curls I cheat in order to get those last reps in and hold on the negative. Do you do alot of swinging on your EZ-bar curls in order to get the bar up on those final reps or do you use perfect form?

ThanX brother!!!! Well, on the preachers I dont cheat the movement any. Sometimes I lower the bar about 3/4's as not to stress the elbows too much.
But when I do standing EZ bar curls Ill use some swinging to get extra reps, or if Im going over 200lbs Ill use some swinging from the onset! I dont even weight 200, so the weight would throw me off balance if I didnt. My form can get a little nasty on some of the heavy sets, but I try to control the negatives slowly. I make sure I am beating the shit out of my arms however. ThanX again!!

Sometimes cheating is necessary to recruit ALL the muscle fibers. Especially with the heavier weights:

I was at 17.5 pre juice.I too am tall (6'4) so that sucks. Im at 19.75 cold as of last night.I think I need another 2 inches for my frame.

next I superset preacher culs with seated dumbell curls.
both at 4 sets preacher at 100lb and dumbells at 50 for 8-10 reps
hammer curls.
run the rack starting at 30lbs go up to 70 lb I do that 3 times.
then I finish with a movement I seen arnold doing in pumping iron. the best way to explain it is a bent over dumbell curl with your arm hanging freely in front of you.4sets of 10 at 45lbs

Bigdho I did this workout the other day, and it was good shit. Especially the preacher superset to the seated dumbell curl. My arms were firing.
