I'm 6'2'' and weight 200pounds. I think i'm an ecto/mesomorph.
My next ten week cycle will be 500mg/week of cyp and fina starting with 50mg/ed and bumping to 80mg/ed.
That's what i'm thinking about my diet.
Please critique...
7:00 : 4 slices whole grain bread
160g of breast chicken meat
300ml of milk
9:00 : 6 slices whole grain bread
240g of breast chicken meat
200ml of milk
11:00 : same as 9:00
13:45: 360g of rice
120g of beans
300g of red meat
vegetables and salad
15:30: 2 bananas
17:30: post workout> 66g of protein shake and 300mg of milk and some fruit like banana or apple.
18:20: same as 13:45
20:45: same as 9:00 but no milk
23:00: same as 9:00
TOTALS
cal 6500 (probably more, this is a rough estimate)
