pizza "experiment"
Well, the pizza experiment came off with mixed results. First, whole wheat dough is not as pliable as regular white dough, so when I stretched it out it would snap right back! Usually with white dough this means you let it sit for a few more minutes, but with this stuff, the longer it sat, the tougher it got!
So I kneaded and stretched it as best I could, and then put on my toppings and put it in the oven. I checked it after 10 mins and it shrunk even more! It was too funny, my wife was laughing her a$$ off, calling me Chef Boyar-retard (I got her back later, don't worry) It was tasty when I finally pulled it out and ate it, but a pizza meant to feed my whole family wound up feeding me and my dog.
Never fear, however, as you can never keep a good man down! I will rise from this humiliation to make yet another pizza, until I perfect it!
