well i was just wondering if i need suppliments such as amino tabs from beverly international nutrition to preserve muscle when dieting,,,,.they are 160 tabs for 40 buck and i think you have to take 10 a day ..thats too much $$$$ do i need this pills or just eat the right amount of fat and protein to be ripped while keeping muscle? are these pills worth it caus ei dont want to loose my hard earned leg muscle...thank much =)
