This is exactly why you guys shouldnt immediately start praising and following the advice of someone who post up a pic out of nowhere. Im not saying it's not him, but I was somewhat skeptical from the jump. That's one of the reasons why I asked to see more pics. And just because somebody post up a decent pic, does NOT mean they know their shit. This guy couldnt even get his cycle correct on what he was using. And he made a post a year ago that said he was at the exact same stats and bf%, and was supposedly on the exact same cycle for the same 11months straight. Check out his post from "Coming off after being on for one year" back in June of 2004. For me, being a good bodybuilder is about being able to make progress. So if this is for real, this guy hasn't gained an ounce in an entire year. And to me, no progress is the same as negative progress.
Bro, if this is really you in the pic then congrats on a good physique, but you still havent proven to me that you are someone worthy of taking advice from.
