phone number to contact paypal???? HELP

i need a phone number to contact paypal. they just took $150 out of my acount cuase they say the buyer used an invalid credit card. they keep sending me these fuckin emails and i just wanna have a chat with them on the phone. please, if you know of any number to get in contact with them post it here. thanks
