Peanuts...just ate 1/3 of a can

is that really bad, have i messed up my diet? I have been hearing that they contain good fat, and are good for protien.

you'd better eat raw, unprocessed peanuts : less fat, less salt
 
Thanks, i feel much better. I have been doing so good, but i love peanuts and after my salad, i ate them.
