I am wondering what is you guys opinion on the diet that will produce the quickest fat-loss results, i.e. sparing muscle mass. I have heard that a CKD is #1 when it comes to burning off fat at an incredibly qucik rate..

Help me out guys.
:confused::confused:

I really cant decide what kind of diet that I want to do.. I almost want to go with a CKD or something similar to that so I know that Ill have one day to refeed and eat whatever I want..

Well, i've lost 72lbs on Atkins in right around 6 months. I started the first monday of June and this is week 23 so i've almost been at it for 6 months.

CKD can seem to work wonders, in my experience with Ckd
the weight lose has been water weight and the rebound effect has been horrible the only way i have found to counter the rebound effect is to slow introduce carbs slightly on a weekly basis for just as long as i was dieting so 2 months CKD meant 2 months of introducing carbs back into my system. I have been cutting with a diet similar to what Crum cake suggested in another post and had better results im more ripped im not holding anywater and my muscles dont look flat and sucked up and the best thing my strenght has gone down hill.

Some people swear by the CKD, I can't tolerate it and the results were only marginally better than a diet of under 200g carbs per day. I feel lethargic and weak on a CKD and it never really goes away. I say experiment and find what works for you. BTW, be careful of the rebound and slowly introduce carbs back into your system as per mranderson's advice.
