Hey guys, Sup. I ordered my IP anavar and I'll prob be getting it somewhere within the next two weeks. I wanna start preparing a diet for it so when it get's here I can do this right. My TOP priority is to gain strength on it that's why I'm only doing this. This is my first AS cycle soo it should be more effective to my body. I plan on doing 40mg/day for 6 weeks and take 5-10g of creatine, I would take about 15-20g of creatine but I feel that it will put too much water weight on. I want to try not to gain any weight while on this cycle b/c I have too compete in a certain weight class. My stats are 5 8 165lbs. I would like to know what type of cal intake a day should i be getting and fat%/carb%/protein% of the cals total. I was thinking of doing 2000 cals 15%fat/35%carbs/50%protein. I normally lift 3 times a week Mon, Wed, Fri and just do cardio for 1-2 hours on Sat&Sun I used too do it Tue,Thur,Sat&Sun but I was told it would eat up too much muscle, anyone know if this is true???? Well anyone who did a cycle or is on one right now and going for strength drop me a REPLY, PLEASE!!!!Thanx appreciate any help.
