Ok want to cut but can't lift need some advice

Long story short, my right arm is all fucked up. Its bandaged in ice as we speak. I can't use it for lifting because I need to let it heal properly. (I thought I let it heal long enough (3 days heh I'm young)) because it felt fine but I made things worse. So now I'm planning a long 2 week break from lifting with it. I can't seem to do any upper body work as absolutly everything aggravates it (Its both my elbow and shoulder).

Only thing I can do is legs since it doesn't require my arm and cardio for the same.

Since I'm obviously not going to be able to build any decent muscle during this period, and no I don't feel like doing 2 weeks of leg specialization training. I want to cut.

I'm used to relying on heavy training for alot of my cutting calorie depeletion. Aswell as my bodies stimulus for not losing muscle in the process.

Now that I'm limited to cardio and legs any idea how to go about a short 2 week cutting cycle. (I'll probably continue cutting after I get back to normal but then I'll be able to do my normal cutting routine)

I'm afraid of losing alot of strength since I can't train but at the same time I can't sit still for 2 weeks and not do anything. It will drive me crazy, I'll feel like shit and its just not worth feeling like that the gym is my pick me up.

Being that I'm trying to spare muscle but I'm missing the biggest aid (training) in doing so.

I guess what I really need to know it what diet should I use (being I can't weight train all but legs) and any other helpfull information that will help me get through this w/o sacrificing all my strength and at the same time drop some fat so I don't feel I wasted 2 weeks.

You could always try DNP. The bonus here, besides losing fat, is that you can rationalize away the fact that you're not training simply due to the fact that you can barely move. Ok, that's a slight exageration, but I just tried DNP last week and training would have been impossible. Cardio was hard enough. I don't know how you feel about using DNP, but it is a valid option.

Yeah I know what you mean, I've actually used DNP before and I had the same thing I could barely drag myself to the gym and stopped going altogether near the cycles end. That would be perfect in this situation. If only I still had a supplier.

Well, with DNP a 14 day strong cycle without t3 could cut you up , and no cardio is needed, thanks to Andy13s excellent anti cardio post. PM me, i can help.
