Long story short, my right arm is all fucked up. Its bandaged in ice as we speak. I can't use it for lifting because I need to let it heal properly. (I thought I let it heal long enough (3 days heh I'm young)) because it felt fine but I made things worse. So now I'm planning a long 2 week break from lifting with it. I can't seem to do any upper body work as absolutly everything aggravates it (Its both my elbow and shoulder).
Only thing I can do is legs since it doesn't require my arm and cardio for the same.
Since I'm obviously not going to be able to build any decent muscle during this period, and no I don't feel like doing 2 weeks of leg specialization training. I want to cut.
I'm used to relying on heavy training for alot of my cutting calorie depeletion. Aswell as my bodies stimulus for not losing muscle in the process.
Now that I'm limited to cardio and legs any idea how to go about a short 2 week cutting cycle. (I'll probably continue cutting after I get back to normal but then I'll be able to do my normal cutting routine)
I'm afraid of losing alot of strength since I can't train but at the same time I can't sit still for 2 weeks and not do anything. It will drive me crazy, I'll feel like shit and its just not worth feeling like that the gym is my pick me up.
Being that I'm trying to spare muscle but I'm missing the biggest aid (training) in doing so.
I guess what I really need to know it what diet should I use (being I can't weight train all but legs) and any other helpfull information that will help me get through this w/o sacrificing all my strength and at the same time drop some fat so I don't feel I wasted 2 weeks.
