suggestions...
1. Use the search engine to look up routine splits so that you can burn fat in those muscle areas more effectively.
2. Lay off the carbs... No soft drinks, no sweets (deserts, candy that sort of thing), no coffee, milk shakes (unless protein shakes)
3. Try eating alot more chicken, things made with whole wheat (try to avoid anything white), tuna..etc.
4. Carbs that you can eat are brown rice, baked/sweet potato, whole wheat pasta....
5. You will be trying to eat more protein than carbs and fat.
6. EAT BREAKFAST!! If you don't like cereal, try an egg sandwich(two eggs with whole wheat bread) or oatmeal, something. This gets your body going and get your metabolism going after a long night of sleeping. Your body needs nutrients after you sleep. This will also help your brain to start thinking earlier for school, might improve your grades.
7. Eat something small in-between meals... i.e.- fruit, protein shakes/bars, whole wheat crackers.
8. Do not worry so much about calorie intact, worry about what type of calories you are taking in (are they healthy?). Not all juices are all that bad. Orange Juice has 0 carbs, Cranberry Juice will clean your kidneys of impurities, Apple Juice will give you some carbs.
9. Also, the signal that your body gives to your brain for hunger and dehydration are the same. Your body gets confused. So, whenever you think you are hungry, drink 8-10oz. of water to satisfy your craving.
10. Try to do some form of carbio, whether it is running, biking, rowing...something. Do a min. of 15-20 minutes Everyday (ED)/Every other day (EOD)[So you know what those mean when you see them in posts.
Anything I have said is probably almost what everyone else has said but I had to re-enforce the facts to try and help you. If you have other questions about things, use the search button... you will be surprised at what comes up off of one word!
