new life: at big college having food trouble already .. help

I took fall semester off and just came back to school this semester. I'm a junior also and decided to move back onto campus in one of the on-campus apartments. Funny thing is I've actually cleaned up my diet, it is more consistant along with my training, supplementation, ect. Its all about your environment and atmosphere. I never bought a meal plan and eat everything out of my room. I never keep snacks around, just my meal stuff.]

here is what I eat on a typical day: I'm cutting right now.
-2 MRPs per day. Nytro-pro 40.
- 2 tuna meals per day with some cheese.
- 1 post workout shake. N-large 2
- 1 whey shake before bed. VP2 by AST.
- then normally a PB+J sandwiche before working out.
- if there is time during the day I will eat another meal, maybe chicken or eggs.

then also I try, *Try* to keep drinking to a minimum. Damn its hard sometimes though. :)
 
those are all good ideas..

i am about two hours away from home so none of that cook and save stuff is gonna happen. I am gonna start spending more time at the athletes dining hall and it seems to me that the regular dining halls tend to have alotta chicken and pork. But alotta carbs all over the place. I'll probly just bulk for 3 months here and rough it out the last month and cut for the summer ..

but i did figure out something cool .. I can get out of the dining halls with tuna subs (i got the unlimited meal plan) no problem. and keep them, in my fridge. Same for all the shitty deli meat.


p.s. one plus about the dorms is i can have a george foreman grille and there are girls all over my floor .. :D
 
I'm gonna give a big ol HELL YEA about the foreman.. I use mine about 4 times a day.. it's a damn godsend.
