Need to play catch up with my legs - PLEASE ADVISE

My upper body is coming along nicely, but due to gross neglect, my lower body is an absolute atrocity.

Please give me some hints on playing catch-up with my legs.....

If you mean quads it's all about heavy squatting. I find heavy, fairly low rep sets of squats (ie, 5 reps) followed by higher rep sets of leg press or deep hack squats has really built my legs
 
do what Arnold did when he wanted leg mass

8 sets of sqauts only for an extra inch on your thighs,

and 4 sets of stiff legged dead for hams, and a good stretch

SQUATS WILL ALSO HELP THE BUTT
Use light leg extensions sets and light leg curls sets to warm up
aThen after you sets of squats go back to the leg extension and finish up with a heave pump set and the same with the leg curls
You will know all about working legs the next AM... LOL

Week 1:
Squats
Hack Squats
Seated Leg Curls
Leg Extensions
SLDL

Week 2:
Leg Press
Lunges
Leg Extensions
Single seated leg curls
Lying Leg Curls

alternate these weeks. that should put some meat on it

and to add a little sumthing, i've been told to do the first exercises as a heavy reverse pyramide set. that means, warm up good, then do 3 sets 4 reps - 8 reps - 12 reps..beginn heavy, then remove some weight for each set.
