Well the short and skinny is i did a once of Coke and didnt eat for 5 Days, No Sleep/No Food, NO GYM, NO CYCLE....
I was on sustanon 500mg wk
Trenbolone ace 100 MG ED...
Now obviasly the sustanon is long halflife, but trenbolone came and left...Should i start up the trenbolone again, or just stick to the sustanon for the rest of cycle...well my cycles have gotten longer and longer so when it is over i'm not sure..probably when i reach my goal !
I have been on currently for aprox 5 months...this week lost 12 lbs..I'm so discusted . LET ME HAVE IT !!!!!!!!!!!!

It's a slip a big fucking slip up, but hopefully a slip up just the same. If you can stay clean, just get back to normal as if it never happened.

I used to do a lot of blow, even when on cycle. That and drinking seemed to go hand in hand. A certain group of friends didn't help this any. I really regret it. Not only did I waste money and feel like shit the day after all the time, but I think of the gains I potentially could have had and it makes me very sad.

If you can stay clean keep it going. If not, get off and like 8and20 said deal with your problem.
