i wouldn't touch that trash but that's just me... I was always opposed to it and there's obviously a good reason why... stick with what you know...
So some pretty decent updates as of today. Weight is at 226, strength is still going up. Love this shit. I cut out transdermals, and will be finishing the run with rs-transderm because I'm tired of slathering my body in this fucking oil tht burns like solvent on my skin. I will never buy transdermal steroids again.

Hey guys, so I'm just checking in, with some crazy news, so 20g taurine+2-3 bananas+ n2guard= a few days with no back pumps! Side effect free! Loving this run, less gains than before, but I know I have lost fat, and gained muscle, which was exactly what I was trying to do! Beauty!! Still got a bit of time left to squeeze out some gains!
smart move dropping the transdermals and adding transaderm... im really glad to hear that n2guard is helping and your feeling side effect free... keep working hard bro!

Going well, weighing in steady at 228, and still dropping body fat, my diet has been less than awesome, but still making great progress. Back pumps are fine, I chipped ice, and shoveled snow for an hour today with only slight discomfort. One thing I noticed was after upping beast to 30mg, my blood pressure has went up a little bit to 135/85. I will ride out the remainder of the week at 30 mg as long as my blood pressure does not raise any more. Looking forward to pct, as it's when I actually feel the best. I don't get the slump post cycle, and usually only lose minor strength. Also looking forward to the new year as i have a GW+Albut. Run planned for a nice mini-cut. The wife is in with me on this one, so that means my diet should be spot on as she will be prepping the majority of the meals.
Okay Guys, All wound up here and getting ready to head into PCT.
My final stats on this cycle were +7 lbs. -~2%BF.
Lets talk about what I learned on this cycle.
1. It's a lot harder to schedule meals/water supplements in a law enforcement job, than while in college. Especially water.
2. Never underestimate the importance of hydration on cycle. From being dehydrated to rehydrated properly would often affect BP by as much as 10 points
3. You can use most drugs to help you towards your goals, diet/training/cardio have the biggest effect.
4. Fuck transdermal steroids. Im quite upset these were pushed on an "as good" basis by some of the good bros on here..
5.Taurine+potassium Is the back pump cure.
6. N2Guard Is the shit. This stuff never lets me down.
N2Guard Review
As usual n2guard did everything it claims an more. I use it mostly for blood pressure support, but I noticed very few ill effects on this cycle, and can chalk that up to awesome cycle support. That being said, n2guard kept my BP lower on cycle than when I was off until I went to 30 MG. I will use N2guard with every single cycle for the rest of my life.
One thing i would change would be to have N2Guard in slightly larger capsules so it could be dosed 3 caps/day. I hate taking all these pills. But, that is just a personal preference.
