Here are my current results from the 'Ultimate diet for getting ripped without losing muscle' thread

Stats:

Followed the diet for 3 weeks now without cheating
Height: 1.82m
Weight before: 83kg
Weight now: 78kg
BF% now: 10%

wow GREAT results!

a few questions:

could you post your diet? a sample day of meals?
How much cardio did you do?
Did you take any fat burners?


This is very good results for 3 weeks !

Weekly:
3x cardio 30mins
2x abs 15mins
Cycled Ephedrine & clen, 2 days on 2 days off
 
Wow! You looked good before, but what a difference in the new pics...your definition is unbelievable. Keep up the good work.

Ive been working out for 2 years now.

My stats right now:

Height: 1m82cm / 5 ft. 11 in.
Weight: 77kg / 169.7 lbs
BF %: 5,6%

WOW those are great results for that amount of cardio. Could you go alittle more in depth about the amount of Ephedrine & clen? Were they both taken on the same day? and how much?

I used only one teaspoon of clen a day and never mixed it with ephedrine. Some days i took some more clen at noon, but not often.

For the ephedrine i took 2 caps of dymetadrine in the morning and 2 at noon.

i cycled those 2 days on/off
 
Wow. :mix: You look great. Definately on point. What local stores sell Dymetadrine? Does GNC sell it? I've heard people can buy it at local stores, but I've never seen it. I don't want to order a bottle online. I'd rather just go pick up a bottle if I could. Again. Nice work.:D
 
Damn, that just proves the fact that one WILL look bigger when they diet down, because not to be mean but int he first pic you looked like shit.

Damn, good job MaxOutMike. Let me ask you this, did you eat any type of fruits while on this diet? If so, what kind?

I'm currently on the Crum's diet also and I'm eating Strawberrys and Oranges. Is this OK?
 
Oh my god.. My mouth literally fell open when i saw the results after 3 weeks.. REAL nice job, man. I wish i could do the same.

As for the fruits, Im sure oranges should only be used post workout, but i dont know about the strawberries though. I heard that they contain no sugar or glucose, but i find that hard to beleive.

I myself didn't eat any fruits, except for some pineapple once or twice the last few weeks. I ate it post workout or in the morning and although it isn't really acceptable in this diet, i could've sworn i even got leaner those days.

This is in fact quite odd since most of the time I do something that I'm not supposed to do, i see a definite decrease in results. I know that's psychological, but in that case it shouldve turned out the same way with the pineapple, right?

Therefor i say, restrict it to pineapple in the morning only, if you really want, and test the results. Id keep the other fruits only post workout, and only occasionally, 2 times a week max, like crum said.

Ive PM'd Crum about how pineapple, cottage cheese and plain low-fat yogurt would affect this diet, so I expect his answer soon!
