200-250 protein, 100 carbs and 50 fat = not much food
you made definite progress, but most of it has to do with definition because you didn't eat to grow.
I'm guessing you were doing a cutting cycle , but I think at your size and all you need to go into bulking for like 8-12 months. I'm 19 and eat more than twice what you're eating daily; granted, I have put on some fat, but it's nothnig compared to the muscle i've added.
Also, i've found that bulking is easier when you're not quite at a six pack because if you start bulking when you have visible abs and all, then you feel bad when they fade out. Better to start bulking now and then return to cutting for a month in the summer.
