My Neighbors Are So Flaming

Not necessarily. Your odds of contacting aids goes way up with with the homosexual lifestyle. I could find stats but then you would be making me work. The last sentence is totally off. You have a great chance of hurting someone else. Say you had the virus and didn't know it and slept with another person. See what I am saying?

True, your odds go up, but that is a quantitative diiference, not a qualitative one. It's hard to argue a point based on that, because you would have to pick an arbitrary "cut-off" point regarding what constitutes an acceptable risk and what doesn't. That's fine if you just want to apply that rule to yourself, but not if you want to force it on others.

My last sentence is not totally off. For one thing, that is something that happens with heterosexual sex all the time as well. Also, just because someone does not get tested and has unprotected sex with another person, it does not make the homosexual lifestyle "bad".

But that doesn't mean it is right does it. And if people praticed sex like God said man and wife only you could never get a STD(assuming both partners were virgings when married.

Also, just because someone does not get tested and has unprotected sex with another person, it does not make the homosexual lifestyle "bad".

I didn't say it did I just said that it is not totally harmless to anyone else because it could be. And homsexuals guys are more promiscous then straight guys(not because straight guys don't want it as much as homosexuals guys do but you bring women into play and they definetely don't want it as much as we do. :bawling:

I worked at a law firm for the summer after I graduated high school. One of the partners was openly gay, and he had had the same partner for ten years. So these guys are hurting noone, the risk of disease is zero, and they are faithful to each other. So other than their relationship not being condoned by God (according to your interpretation), are these guys doing something wrong?

Well if you take God's law out of it..., no.

Please tell me you are not going to be a plaintiff lawyer are you? Please say it isn't so.

Oh I just thought of something. Say a child say 12 years old wants to have sex with a 40 year old man and a loving relationship are they doing something wrong?

See, basically, you think homosexuality is wrong because it is wrong according to God. So why try to use other arguments? If this is your belief, well then amen, brother, but why try to use other faulty arguments to support it?

So are you trying to say that gays need to be protected from themselves like children?

I don't think my other arguments were faulty.

on the children question

Not necessarily but who say a 12 year old needs protection from herself?
