I guess they shine the light on their dog's ass to make sure it shits outside. There are people in this world who don't want their dog to poop all over the house later at night. That seems to make more sense than spending all their time obsessing (300.3) about who is gay or not.

WTF all these threads worrying about if someone is gay or not, but I've yet to see one worrying about people who commit adultry -- something condemned by both the Ten Commandments and Jesus Christ?

Spruceman, the difference is that adulters don't march in Washinton to get their views know to the world. They(the alduters) know it is wrong where the homosexuals are trying to say it "isn't" wrong to be a homosexual. See the difference. I mean before the sin like adultry and homosexuality were kept in the closet. But homosexuality came out where adultry is still in the closet.

The couple who live in the house behind us...Take a flashlight out with them at night to shine on their dog's ass when it's taking a shit....WTF? Why would anyone do that?

Well being a dog owner myself sometimes you want to make sure they take a crap before you put them to bed or put them back in the house. However, if you are shining it their ass to watch the magic happen...that might be a little wierd.

So, is it worse to do something because you believe that there is nothing wrong with it, or to do something because it feels good, even though you truly believe that you are doing something wrong? At least with the former, you are not going against your own principles.

I firmly believe that some people are born gay, just as you and I are born heterosexual. Growing up, did you make a conscious choice that you would be sexually attracted to women? Of course not. Gays have no more choice in their sexual orientation than you or I.

Well what about the crack addict and alcholic were they were born that way too? You expect them to just keep on doing it since they were born with it instead trying to overcome it.

They(homosexuals) have tendency to that sin(as you said) so they need to pray and for help from God to overcome it. Btw most Gay people that are logical and that believe in God know deep down it is wrong.

Well, you and I disagree on a basic point, and that is whether or not homosexuality is wrong. Although it doesn't appeal to me personally, I do not think it is wrong.

I don't think it is right to compare a crack addict or alcoholic to a homosexual, but honestly, I don't think those vices are wrong either, although they are definitely not conducive to a long life.

Your definition of "wrong" is something which you believe offends God, according to your interpretation of the Christian Bible. Mine is not. Therefore, it is really pointless for us to argue the matter.

Spruce and Schwee:It's STRANGE! I can see that the damn dog is squatting to take a duke.I feel sorry for the poor thing.He runs around the yard looking for the perfect drop spot. There chasing behind him is the crazy owner to shine the damn flashlight on his ass....Poor dog can't take a duke in private!

The dog shits in it's own yard so I can't complain too much.

I just laugh at the owner's. Maybe it had worms and they wanna make sure the worms are gone...Who knows!

Well, I'm not sure what you were trying to say regarding my second point. I don't think any of those things are really wrong. It's your decision if you want to abuse drugs or alcohol, BASE jump, or drive over the speed limit, for that matter (yeah, buddy, that one was directed at you ) But, concerning AIDS, you know that that is not a valid point. For one thing, it is not a sure thing that you will contract AIDS by living a homosexual lifestyle. And, even if it were, you're hurting noone but yourself.

With all due respect, you totally misunderstood my third point. I said that you base you're perception of right and wrong on the Bible. I do not. I don't believe in, nor do I agree with, all that the Bible has to say. So, if we have no common definition of what's right and wrong, to try to argue what is and what isn't is pointless.

But, concerning AIDS, you know that that is not a valid point. For one thing, it is not a sure thing that you will contract AIDS by living a homosexual lifestyle. And, even if it were, you're hurting noone but yourself.

Not necessarily. Your odds of contacting aids goes way up with with the homosexual lifestyle. I could find stats but then you would be making me work. The last sentence is totally off. You have a great chance of hurting someone else. Say you had the virus and didn't know it and slept with another person. See what I am saying?

Well I see your point. Just curious though have you read much of the Bible? It is a very interest and so very logical book that you should give it some time sometime.
