JOURNAL ENTRY -
Still low on cals, but I hit my percentages dead on! I'll try and eat a little more today. It's hard, the DNP makes me nauseous.
Woke up at 8 am thirsty as hell, 'cause I had to pee - even though before I went to bed my pee was pretty clear it was quite yellow this morning, though very transparent (not at all cloudy like last time). Only drank about a cup of water overnight - one eighth of a litre... Not enough but I never wake up at night, I sleep like a rock.
I took my glycerol at the same time with some water, and crawled back into bed.
I got up around 10, took my dnp and vitamins before having anything to eat and it only took a minute before my stomach started to get very upset - I thought I was going to be sick, my mouth was watering in that persistent way. I think I read somewhere that cinnamon eases nausea, so as I was waiting for my water to boil to make oatmeal, I gently sniffed some cinnamon. It seemed to take my mind off it, at least. I finished the rest of the water from yesterday, meaning I drank 4 litres in 16 hours. I need to step it up a little, I don't want to get miserably dehydrated like the last time, ugh.
I'd also like to note that I got what felt like a prickly heat rash on the inner crease of my elbows, on the skin at the top of my forarm and the rough elbow patch as well. It went away after about fifteen minutes. I will read up on DNP rashes today. So far no heat discomfort though, I suppose the 2nd cap is taking a while to kick in. I hope it stays this easy for the duration of the treatment

I measured out a ten day cycle, if it stays this easy I'll try and do fourteen.
Did a little gardening today, Andy_13 advocates a little light cardio if it's not too hard on your breathing. I was feeling pretty good so I did a little bit of winterizing in my backyard. I was only out there for forty minutes or so, raking manure (ewwww! j/k) into my flowerbeds, but I definitely broke a big sweat. It felt good to be doing something active. I'll do more tomorrow if I'm still feeling this good.
