My contest cycle and diet for the next 12 weeks

This is what I plan on following for the next twelve weeks. I will be bridging at the end with primo and anavar to help maintain for competing through June.

Current stats are 218, 12% bf. End stats desired are 225 at 4% bf.

Thanks, yes it is a lot to go over, but given when one invests this amount of money and time, it must all be planned out to the day.

I will try to get some before shots (yuck!) and progress shots throughout.
