im using it for bulking now, but i can't wait to use this on a ckd cutting diet later on this summer.
I think it will be good for diets, but only on a low carb diet where you need fat for energy instead of carbs. If you are dieting down with carbs be sure not to eat much carbs with it... seperate it from you carb meals. Have meals with low GI carbs/low fat early in the day, then end the last few meals off with no carbs, just fat and protein. Perfect time for muscle milk for dieting is right before bed.
