Man, bulking is harder than I thought! Need Help!

I am having trouble getting enough calories from the right foods. I have eaten all day ( rice, potatoes, lean meats, protein shakes, and oatmeal) and I added up my calories and they were around 3000. I have ate so much today I feal like throwing up. Now when I uaually bulk a couple of trips to McDonalds and I have no problem with getting enough cals but screw that, I put on too much fat doing that. I am getting 350 carbs and plenty of protein but I need about 4000 calories and I aint gettin it. I guess I could double up the rice and oatmeal on those meals but then my carb intake would be too damn high. Anyone got any suggestions?
 
I'm 5 '7" and 186 pounds just came off a cutting cycle and doing several shows. I need to make sure I get enough calories so I can keep my weight up and train heavy. (drug free)
Right now I'm going with 7 meals at 500 calories each = 3500
Plus all of the fun stuff cookies , icecream etc put me over 4000.

You are eating very clean thats great however in a bulking cycle you do need the extra fat in your meats. Are you taking Flax oil? It has 100 calories per table spoon. Add a 4 or so table spoons per day. Don't under estimate the value of fat in your diet during your bulking cycle.

Maltodextrin from www.proteinfactory.com helps a shit load with your carb calories and Natural Peanut Butter for healthy fats and Lean Sirloin for you're meats and you 'll be a growin...aslo N'large works good also.
 
whats wrong with a little extra BF when you're bulking? you gotta have something to cut right? haha

this morning I ate 2 cups of coffee w/ cream, 4 eggs, 2 potato hashbrowns, 4 bacon, 4 sausage, 3 biscuits w/ gravy, 2 toast with peanut butter, 4 glasses of milk, and 2 pancakes. (I'm sponsored by a cafe) then lifted, then drank a fat shake right after. luch was late- 2 pb+j's and 2 glasses of milk. snacks will be fruit and veggie till dinner which will be steak, fish, and salad. another shake before bed. sick to my stomach? you bet. growing? making muscle? for sure!

dude, it sucks ass, but in this game you don't eat cause you're hungry, you eat out of discipline so you can grow.

eat more, plain and simple.

thanks guys, added it up and if i add the flax oil and a little peanut butter I will be getting exactly what I need. Think I will try the maltodextrin also. Apreciate the help!
