MALE LIPO B4 & after

I've been considering getting lipo on my lower stomach and sides. I am curious if any other men that have had this procedure can post pics of before and after results with a timre frame of how long it took them to recover. I have been researching this alot and its very difficult to find pics of men that have had lipo and the ones that you do are usually considerably overweight. I'm looking for someone that is more athletic that has had some extra unwanted fat in those areas, I know its very common procedures in men but can't find any result pics.

why pay THOUSANDS when that easily could've been achieved from 1 month of aggressive cardio and good diet. it's not like they're 300lbs or something and lipo is their only choice.

up to the age of 35 I'd agree with you; after that, I found that no amount of diet and cardio would handle the love handles. So had it done; it corrected things so that my regular diet and exercise can keep things looking good and under control. Had surgery; no pain but lots of gain { in confidence and appearance! }

I agree until you hit mid 30s. I have been on killer cardio and dead straight diet and I cannot lose the extra 6 or 8 lbs on my sides. I am not fat or obese at all but I cannot get cut on my abs like I used to. I used to be able to cut cals and sorta do cardio and would shed the handles in 30 days. Those days are gone. Things change as you get older and thankfully this is an option. The pics looked good and it was a significant difference. 3 inches off the one gentlemans waistline is impressive.

Remember guys, we all arent 20 or have a crazy super fast metabolism. I am in solid shape but cant seem to get rid of the last few lbs no matter what. I have used trex and crazy cardio and other things but they just hang on.

Dr. Berment, about how much would a procedure cost, similiar to the one that just had the stomach area done ? Ballpark ? Thanks

Its not always laziness I personally am 20 and got my bf tested via under water weighing and came up at 8.6% and I dont have a six pack... explain that to me. I have a spot on diet do cardio 3 times a week and lift 3 times a week.
