Looking to Lose 40Lbs Fast!

Hey i am looking to lose 40Lbs fast. I have around 2 to 3 months to do it.

I am 5'11 and weigh 236 with 21% BF.

any SPECFIC DIETS that any of you could recommend?

p.s. please include Meals if could>
 
You have 8 to 12 weeks to lose fat - that means the most you can lose without losing muscle is 24 lbs of fat! 2 lbs a week.
 
cut off one leg and one arm and dont eat for a week..


for real dude everyone here knows a little something about each other like stats goals experience ect..... we know nothing about you
 
How long did it take you to gain that 40 pounds? And now you say you want to lose it fast? You have to kill yourself to lose 2 pounds of fat a week consistantly(especially when your under 10%), and if your 40 pounds overweight you probably don't have a great deal of dietary discipline. I'm not trying to be mean, but according to my calculations you want to get down to 4% bodyfat in just 2-3 months. Ask the guys on the boards here how many have ever managed to achieve this, and how long it took them. My advice, try for 1 pound a week and look great by the end of the summer. Just my two cents
 
Diet

- Take 6 grams of ALA a day
- Eat nothing but Flax Seed Oil and Protein Shakes
- No more than 1200 cal a day
- Run 5-10 miles a day
- Drink 1-2 gallons of water a day
- 800mg of DNP a day
- 1 tab T3 EOD

The best you can expect SENSIBLY, and by that i mean losing fat with as little muscle loss as possible, is about 2 pounds of fat a week with the use of say thermogenics etc.
If you wanna go the whole hog and starve yourself expect more than that 8)

Set yourself some decent, achieveable targets, and read up on diet/drugs.

Why do you HAVE to lose all that weight in that time anyways?
 
Whats are some good thermogenics

What are some good thermogenics, that can increases the loss of body fat. if i run 1 and 1\2 miles a day and reduce my carbohydrate intake down to 40 grams a day and reduce my cal intake down to 1500, should i be able to lose at least 2 pounds a weak. ?

Here's how to do it

1) sit nekkid inside a freezer.

2) drink 3 gallons of ice cold water

3) take some ECA stack

4) take DNP

5) Eat chicken breast and lettuce only

You will not strip off fat faster than this :)
 
YOu guys forget that the more fat you have the easier and faster it comes off. For someone under say 12% fat comes off very slow and to lose more than one pound a week of fat is going to cause muscle loss.

If you have 40lbs of fat it is going to come off a lot faster than you might think. I lost 20 pounds in about 6 weeks and have lost 4 in the last 4. Increasing metabolism and building muscle and decreasig cals will burn fat FAST when all of these things you have not done.
 
You guys are killing me ha ha. (Liposuction), cutting off your arm and leg that's funny. Cut him some slack guys.

This is about your only real chioce if you REALLY have to lose 40lbs quick, 200mg for a week then MAYBE 400mg for 7-10 days with 1 tab of t3 ED, then 600mg for another 7-10 days depending on your tolerance. But seroiusly that's really dangerous, do tons of research before you even consider using DNP. It can be done though.
