Anyone else get these. I know I see alot of people with them. How can you get rid of them. I heard people say to rub vinegar on the area. Anyone else.

Salicylic Acid works wonders on these and if you break out on your back and chest. I use SalAc. You can get it over the counter. You can even try Neutrogena Body Clear Body Wash which is much cheaper.

yeah I've heard about those (and have them)

I believe it's called Keratosis pillaris, and they are very common.

Now I have a question, for my face I use stridex. It says its active ingredient is salicylic acid, so should I try useing those on my arms (I know they're for the face but still) or get something specifically for my arms?

I have purchased some vitamin E moisturizer, and it seems to do pretty good on my skin, it hasn't gotten rid of the bumps completely but I do notice that there are fewer

This problem is usually hereditary and can be fixed

Your dermatologist can give you a cream to get rid of them. The generic name for it is "Clobetasol." Strydex or any other pimple cream will NOT work.

Clobetasol will take some time to work. You will notive that the area will no longer be bumoy after about 1 week. But the red dots will remain for sometime. One noticable side effect is that the area where you apply the cream will whiten considerably.

I had the same problem and got rid of it. Go to your dermatologist and get a prescirption. It is definetely worth it.
