Lets hear it, Food we can eat while I diet. Help me Please

I was just looking at the foods I could eat I am going on a ten week diet starting Jan 2, Multi Vitamins, Protein, Glutamine, and Hydroxycut. I will be eating at ton of Chicken Breasts on my Foreman grill which I enjoy, Got a bunch of brown rice even got a rice cooker for Christmas. I am just looking for other stuff to fill me up that will keep me going. I try to drink 2 gallons of water a day. Any foods you all think is super healthy I can eat let me hear it. Oh yeah I hate fish and Tuna, so I wont eat that I would barf that up. Thanks and have a great New Year.
 
Although I don't care for it myself, many people eat lean red meat as well...

Where are your veggies in that list? Broccoli, cauliflower, green beans.

I'd be very careful with the brown rice, even though it's a clean carb - it's still a carb and you should limit it while cutting.

Other than that, it sounds like you have the right idea! I also suggest you checkout fitday.com to help track what you are eating, at least initially....
