that's an old pic from more than a year ago. his new pics are different.
if that pic you showed was inded him now, i would definitely suggest a cutting cycle.
in fact, if he does want to run a cycle, obviously he would run a cutter, but as he described the look he wanted by being lean and ripped, it won't get him there. it will definitely help a lot though. i just don't want him finishing up and not being ripped and be disappointed for some reason that can be explained as his bf just needs to be lower.
