Okay sounds weird but damn is it good. I kind of happend upon this recipe and have been having it every night since.
MIx about 1/4 cup of egg beaters, 1-2 tbls of natural peanut butter and sweeten with splenda to taste. Add some vanilla and cinnamon.
Throw it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes and let it puff up.
It is like a custard kinda thingy but damn is it good. Lo carb, high protein and much more filling than a shake. YOu can even add some whey in too, it makes it a little more dry but I like it.
