I got this from a sports nutrition magazine
"Stengler suggests taking your temperature five days in a row. If it's consistently below 98.2 degrees, your throid could be sluggish. The amino acid L-tyrosine helps support thyroid function."
so if i do constantly have a temp around 96 degrees, should i be supplementing L-tyrosine? would that help at all to pick up my metabolism a bit?
