I have just finished a bulking cycle two weeks ago and I am planning to start a cutting diet and cycle in early spring. I have put on about 20lbs of good muscle and about 5lbs of unwanted fat.
I have done the ketosis diet before, but at the time was not concerned about the loss of muscle mass. Now I am worried that all the muscle I have gained will go to waste.
SO, do you guys suggest doing the keto diet after bulking or not.
Any help?
