I have been on a low carb, high protein diet for a while now. And I do about 30 min of cardio 4-5 days a week.
I have done the Keto diet before, but I always feel like I lose size while on this diet.
I am preparing for an event in mid May and I am tring to lose as much fat as possible. I am around 11-12% bf right now at 215 lbs.
What do you guys think, does the keto diet sound like the way to go or should I stick with low carbs and just up the cardio?
