OFF day today....boy have I grown to love off days....well, lol, my off days are more than what some do in a week, but for me, its off....
woke at 5:15am
30 minutes faster incline walk...3.7 speed, starting at 7.0 ramp and increasing, 7.5, 8.0 etc every 5 minutes....5 minutes of abs, 20 minutes of a complete 15 rep circuit machine routine...hit every bp, 1 set, light 15 reps, move the blood loosen up...active rest if you will.
Thanks for all the PMs. I did a lot of talking, thinking, reading, etc. last night. Many say doa pct right now. Some others say take AIMF. Others, say just eat and train. and many still say if I am doing pct, I would benefit greatly from Test cyp at 125mg on Thursday and 125mg on Sunday for 12-15 weeks, couple with a gigantic meal plan (which I have nailed down), very little cardio, 1 day sessions, and a minimum of two complete EAT/REST days......I know I'll piss many off, well, prob. not many, but some guys that I respect a great deal...Silver, Shawdown, Bigt.......tomorrow, I'm crossing over. Worse case scenerio, I'm in the exact same position I am in right now, but with a good pct, I dont think that'll be the case. I am ordering some more liquid Clen today and some AIMF. I will follow a split routine, 1x a day, minimal cardio, and I am going to learn to eat my ass off....force feed....every 2 hours if I need it....but it could be every hour, etc...no more cutting off if Im still hungry, etc.....tomorrow will e the new beginning, if nothing else, it'll help my mood, energy levels, and overall image. 530 cardio (off day) 30 minutes, weighed in at 6'1, 165 1/2 lbs goal is 185 in 3 months.

2 scoops casein
1tb of flax (pro/fat meal)
I will have one pro/carb meal today other than fiberous veggies....itll be at 10am, 1 cup oats, 2 scoops casein with egg whites.
