that maybe (shock shock) that im on the wrong diet..that or i really need a training partner to push me harder....
dont get me wrong i work hard at gym..my motto is go hard or go home...but still u dont get the push you get when u train with someone..
Getting to the point..
most of this year i have been on a low carb, hi pro, med fat diet. I reckon Ive hardly changed...A little here and there sure, but nothing revolutionary. I know Im stronger, wwayy more knowledgeable, but in terms of asthetic goals...not there..yet.

Anyway...for those deciding what diet to go on..try them all. For me now...Im going to try upping my carbs...havent done this all year..thinking, next week ill get the results, but next week never came. Soo, maybe time for a change.

Opinions and suggestions welcome:mix:

if u have been on a low carb diet for so long u should try bulking diet with high carb, high protein, the first time i did this i got much bigger and gained a lot of strength in which i was iin plateaus before. also u need to be patient, u see yourself in the mirror everyday so u may not notice the changes you have made.

thats tru...
but i have got my bf tested..and the numbers speak for themselfs, unfortunately..

i am untra dedicated, and wont giveup, though sometimes get very dispondant about the whole thing...its hard when u try so hard and dont see the results you're after

I can totally relate. I just weighed myself and after 2 1/2 weeks of Atkins have already hit a plateau! I did lose a good amount of weight on Atkins but did not expect to stop so soon. I am totally focused as my goal is to be at my best by summer. It's hard not to get frustrated when you have friends who are losing at faster rates than you even though you know they had more to lose than you.

I've been working out everyday either doing 30-40 min cardio, weights or both. I know it takes times to see results, but am switching diets today. After reading many threads it seems that constant change is what yields results. Just finsihing my first week on clen and hoping switching diets along with the clen will bring faster or more noticeable results.

Stick with it and keep your chin up, that's what I'm doing. Just venting on this board sometimes helps too:D
