is tummy tuck worth it if diet dont helP?

i eat moderate fat low carb and high protein./.i do cardio moderate intensity 4 days a week...eat Omega 3's, weight train and everything good...i can get abs and wonder what is wrong i have 6 mini meals a day and eat 10 times my bodyweight which is 120 lbs////hence 1200 calories can sum1 help
 
women actually have a higher amount of subcateous fat then men. This is a genetic fact. Which makes it way easier for men to get a good six pack then for women. A large factor in getting a good six pack is still genetics (well at least imho).

Either way, if you train very hard and watch you diet some kind of abs should be attainable. Just keep at it.

And WAY before any kind of invasive surgery i would certainly try some pharmacuticals.

what is a great fat burning suplliment that helps preserve muscel?? i tried hydroxycut but it didnt work..any think hydroxycut is good?? can there be a better fat burner if im on low carb to help preserve musccle?
 
God, you're pathetic. You don't diet, you don't want to exercise, so you're thinking about surgery. I leave for quite a while, come back, and you're still asking the same questions. GET OFF THE DAMN COMPUTER AND GO WORK OUT.

dude, what's your damn problem. if you'd read her posts you'd see she does diet and she does workout. maybe you should have stayed away for a longer while....jackass.

It sounds like you are suffering from low self esteem. You ask many many questions on this board and you seem almost desperate for answers. You need to just be patient and keep trying new things. I gaurantee if you keep with it and keep trying and changing things while monitoring your results closely you will get there. You should post a picture of yourself so we can see how you are doing. I got a feeling you are being way to hard on yourself as so many women are. Hang in there girl!
