Is this an overkill cutting plan?

I've been bulking like crazy and will need to lose around 20lbs of fat in 1 month soon. This is my plan, what do you think?

This will go on for every single day for 45 days (I have just enough supplys for the 45 days)

Cardio:
1 hour jog or 20 minute HIIT (Alternating each day)

Supplements:
5g ALA (1g each meal)
500mg Usnic Acid (Before Cardio)
6 ECA Stacks (2 Before Cardio, 2x2 In Afternoon)
4tbs Flax Oil (2tbs in each Protien Shake)
2 Protien Shakes (One after cardio, one after weightlifting)

My weightlifting routine will be just as intense as always. I hope with all the ALA and Usnic Acid that I'll still be anabolic.
 
I'd switch the ECA to NYC if you can find it.

Thats not too harsh. I personally don't like usnic, and dont think youll need it if you are willing to do HIT in the mornings on an empty stomach.
