is there lots of fat in ham?

is ham one of the meats you shouldnt eat cos theres lot of fat? like in bacon??
 
It greatly depends on the CUT.

Leanest I've seen is 25calories a slice 5 protein @ 98%lean

That with a prepackaged presized meat.

Other common lean cut it 96% with the stats 35calories 5 protien.


I think on average if you don't look for any kind of lean cut it breaks down to be like 70cals per 5 protien.
 
Ham can be as lean as chicken or turkey, like Enock said, depending on the cut. However, it's much higher in sodium.
 
I have found a 1% fat lean ham
