Many will tell you that your recovery is much better with 8 weeks vs. 10 weeks, and that you will plateau after 8 weeks. I would say 8 is better, but you may not listen...!
Forget the 35-40 lb. "club." How much of that is fat and water (and BS)? It's all about how much you have left 6 weeks after your cycle is done, so I don't put very much stock in those kinds of claims. Gaining 20 and keeping 10 would actually be a very successful cycle for most people unless they are starting out very small and untrained.
